01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing BaliHub or using our visa tracking and extension services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our platform.
02. Service Provision & Data Accuracy
BaliHub acts as a digital intermediary for visa management.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of all uploaded documents (Passport scans, photos, etc.). Any rejection by immigration authorities due to incorrect data is not the responsibility of BaliHub.
Notification Consent
By providing your WhatsApp Number, you explicitly consent to receive automated notifications regarding your stay status and visa expiration.
03. Refund & Cancellation
Please note our financial terms:
- NON-REFUNDABLE
Government fees (Visa fees, Tourist Levy) are non-refundable once the application is submitted to immigration.
- PROCESSING FEE
BaliHub service fees are refundable only if the cancellation request is made before document processing begins.
04. Limitation of Liability
BaliHub is not liable for any fines, deportations, or legal issues resulting from overstays if the user fails to act upon notifications provided by the Stay Tracker.
