Welcome to BaliHub! BaliHub is an online marketplace connecting travelers with local vendors offering vehicle rentals. By accessing our platform (balihub.id), you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information when booking or registering and maintain their account confidentiality.

Driving License

For vehicle rentals, the driver must possess a valid international or local driving license.

User Conduct

Rented vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, racing, or driven under the influence of alcohol. Users are responsible for any fines, tolls, or damages incurred.

3. Bookings and Payments

• Secure Processing: All payments are processed securely via our trusted third-party payment gateway partners.
• Currency & Confirmation: Prices are listed in IDR. Full payment or a specified deposit is required to confirm a booking.

4. Limitation of Liability

BaliHub acts as an intermediary platform. While we carefully vet our partners, we are not directly liable for injuries, delays, or damages arising from the use of third-party vendor services.
