01. Extended Data Collection
Beyond basic profile data, BaliHub processes high-sensitivity information to facilitate legal visa compliance:
Biometric & Document Scans
We collect high-resolution photos of your Passport, Visa stickers, and Biometric Selfie. These are mandatory for Indonesian immigration processing and visa extension filings.
Communication Metadata
We collect your WhatsApp Number specifically for critical stay alerts, expiration warnings, and official document delivery.
02. Operational Use
- • Automated expiration tracking for your current stay.
- • Automated notifications via WhatsApp/Email to prevent overstay fines.
- • Submission to Indonesian Immigration authorities (Directorate General of Immigration) for official extensions.
03. Military-Grade Storage
Document security is our highest priority:
All passport scans and biometric data are encrypted at rest using AES-256 protocols.
Data in transit between your device and our Firebase servers is protected by TLS 1.3 encryption.
04. Data Sharing
We DO NOT sell your data to third parties. We only share information with:
1. OFFICIAL IMMIGRATION AGENTS (FOR EXTENSIONS)
2. CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE PROVIDERS (GOOGLE FIREBASE)
3. WHATSAPP BUSINESS API (FOR NOTIFICATIONS)
